Predictions of Google
Predictions of Google
Currently Google is the number one search engine and strives to provide the best experience possible for its users. They have gone above and beyond by doing things such as providing more html pages than any other search engine service. They consider finding information on the web “their problem, not yours”. Though Google is the main search engine, they still have to contend with analytics, marketers’ complaints and end-users’ reports and reviews. Some of the changes you may see
• Google may start testing all paid (no organic) search results. This may get a huge backlash from users who report trusting organic results more than paid results.
• Knowledge graph will contine to be developed and may prove to be a huge asset to keeping users on Google’s platform.
• With changes to SEO and ever changing algorithms, it will be harder to “trick” Google and promote bad sites or spam. This will make it harder for honest people and novice businesses stay ahead and prove themselves.
